Order Cancellation & Address Changes

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 48 hours after placing an order. However, cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Shipping addresses generally cannot be changed after an order has been placed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or is missing an item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Returns & Refund Assistance

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery.

For returns unrelated to product quality, items must be unused, clean, complete, and in their original condition.

Please contact our customer service team before sending a return.

Once a return request is approved, the item must generally be dispatched within 3 days of approval, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed with our support team.

For voluntary returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original standard shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
