Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days.

These are estimated transit times rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Shipping Charges and Free Shipping

Our standard shipping charge is US$2.99 per order unless a qualifying free shipping offer applies.

Free standard shipping is available when the discounted merchandise subtotal is greater than US$29.97.

The free shipping threshold is calculated using the merchandise subtotal after applicable product discounts and before shipping charges and taxes.

Orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal of exactly US$29.97 do not qualify for this free shipping offer.

For eligible international shipments, Trovunex® covers applicable import duties, import taxes, and value-added tax (VAT) associated with the original outbound delivery.

Any applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

These shipping terms are subject to the additional conditions described in our Shipping Policy and any mandatory legal requirements.

10. Shipping Addresses and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.

Shipping addresses generally cannot be changed after an order has been placed.

If an address error is discovered, customers should contact service@trovunex.com as soon as possible.

We may review a request to correct an address, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing.

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused solely by materially incorrect information supplied by the customer, except to the extent responsibility remains with us under applicable law.
